Borno governor, Shettima: 'I have information on abducted girls'

Borno State governor Kahim Shettima said yesterday that he has information on the whereabouts of the 276 schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram on April 14th

The governor told the BBC;
"We've got reports of them being sighted in some locations – which we have conveyed to the relevant military authorities, for them to cross-check, verify and get additionalinformation on the accurate location of the daughters.’
The governor also said that he doesn't think the girls have been taken across the border to Chad or Cameroon.

However, Borno state senator Ahmed Zanna tells CNN that there has been zero progress.
